Memorial Day Weekend with Ben

Anne, Laura & Ben came up to visit on Friday. Laura & Ben are going camping with Ben's grandpa, but we got to have a fun night together before they took off. Anne took us all out to dinner at Trejo's then we came back to our house to play in the back yard. The boys played until dark and had the best time together. Luke got muddy and they both rolled around like the little boys they are.

Fishing Rodeo

Papaw came down in May to see Luke play tee ball and to go to the annual Fishing Rodeo at church with us. Chip took the rodeo seriously and devised the best bait for optimal fishing. Luke won the prize for most fish caught. He even caught a big catfish!

Mother's Day

This Mother's Day was the best yet.  Chip was my personal slave for the day.  He got everything done on my extensive "honey-do" list.  Luke made me the precious plaque with his handprint and Chip had flowers and a box full of Keurig Donut House k-cups for me.  That is the best present ever.  We all went to church together and enjoyed the day just the three of us together:  bliss.
