Luke's 5th birthday party was at Kid City with a super hero theme.  Many of his tee ball friends and school friends came.  Hudson, Drake, Nate, Jackson, Garrett, Travis and Luke played with the Wii, foosball and video games after eating PB & J sandwiches, apples, and Cheetos.  Afterwards, they played in the giant jungle gym.  It was a great day for all of them.

Luke got this cute little puppy for his birthday.  We named her Bella.

Chip went out of his way to make sure that Luke got a puppy for his birthday.  We found this cutie in Shreveport after almost buying one in Arkansas.  We got lucky because she is precious.

Sci-Port 3rd Birthday Party

Luke's 3rd birthday party was a big success. Lots of friends came to see him. Josh, Joni and Michaela Mason brought little Madalyn. Travis Gray and Gabriel Prestridge and cousin Natalie came with Karamie, Kristina and babies. Ashley and Emily Terry brought little Olivia. And, Luke's friends from school, Garrett, Ryan & Tyler came with their families.

They got their faces painted, played with balloon swords, and played a game. Luke got to make smoking ice-cream for all of his friends to enjoy. And, last but not least, they all chowed down on his Thomas cake that Nana generously bought from My Pastry Chef.

Thanks to all who came to the party. Luke loved all of his presents. We hope you had lots of fun.

I am finally blogging on Luke's birthday. Our computer has a virus, yet again, so I am at Cecil and Sherry's taking advantage of some computer time. Will keep it brief and thank Aunt Doodie, Michelle/Jason/Ian/Kathlee, Aunt Anne, Laura/Ben/Lane for helping make Luke's birthday full of surprises. Thanks!

I can't believe it has been two years since our little boy was born. I seriously remember when I felt him flutter in my belly (on the right side) for the first time. Time sure does fly so quickly. Now he is a little (well, ok) BIG piece of Chip with a bit of me mixed in for good measure. What a blessing he is to us. Thanks, Luke, for bringing so much joy to our lives and keeping every day exciting and full of laughter. We love you so very much.
