Dentist Visit

Luke was a better patient than I would am during his dentist appointment. It amazes me how he sits perfectly still and is so good for the hygientist, but he really never wants me to brush his teeth. Guess I don't have power tools coming at him either. He's either scared to death or knows a milkshake is waiting on him down the road. Little bit of both, I suppose. He got a perfect report again this time.

Summer Dentist Visit

 

 

 

 

We went to a different dentist this summer, and I thought Luke wouldn't do as well there because they are not a pediatric dentist office. No flat screens on the ceiling for kids to watch movies while they are getting their teeth cleaned, and no pretty lady dressed up as the tooth fairy. But...they do accept insurance. Nuff said. Luke did great, and I think even better than last year. All the bells and whistles did more to scare him than anything. He was a great patient and got an A+ report. Way to go Luke!

First Dentist Visit

 

 

 

Can you tell that I have gone back to work? I have a couple of weeks of blogging to catch up with. Luke went to the dentist for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I love our dentist. Very kid-friendly place and the people there were so helpful. They have little movie screens on the ceiling with cartoons playing to help the kiddos lay down. Isn't that cool?

Luke got a balloon and Thomas the Train stickers for being an excellent patient. He is in the Cavity Free Club and got a membership card for that too. I just love those people. Here he is enjoying a snack and showing off his pearly whites after the dentist.
